The top events and entertainment of the 20th Century provide the setting for fun at the new nighttime theme park, Celebration City. The $40 million theme park is designed to be the night place for families. Celebration City features 30 themed rides and attractions, including the all-new wooden roller coaster, Ozark WildCat, and a spectacular nighttime laser production show.
The entrance portal into the 20th Century is Celebration Street, an area full of the vibrant activity of the early 1900s, with water sculptures and fountains from the elegant Victorian era that dance to music, and a vintage-style carousel. The Electric Boardwalk, with a boardwalk park atmosphere harking to the colorful days of trolley parks, features amusement rides, games and arcade adventure; and historic Route 66 celebrates the 1950s and era of shiny automobiles and drive-in diners with themed rides, shops and restaurants.
New in 2006, Celebration City is presenting interactive movie fun with ?Movie Magic? and ?Mountain Boards Extreme Stunt Show.? The park opens May 5th and will be open for fun until the end of September.
